30-day returns on unopened packs
You can return unopened, unused packs within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us with your order number to start a return, and we'll send instructions.
Used mops
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of mops that have been used or removed from their packaging, unless they're defective.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send the item back.
Fit
Not sure about fit? Email us before you order and we'll confirm. If we told you a mop fits and it doesn't, we'll make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
